Support for version 1 is email-only. This keeps the site simple and privacy-minimal while still giving App Store users a clear public contact method.

What to include

Including a few basics in your message makes it much easier to help you quickly.

  • App name
  • Platform, such as iPhone, iPad, or Mac
  • App version
  • Device or OS version
  • Whether you need help, found a bug, or want a feature
  • A short explanation of what happened

Privacy note

The apps themselves are intended to be privacy-minimal. If you email support, you choose what information to send, and that support information is used only to respond, troubleshoot, and improve the app.

Billing and purchase issues

If a feature is not working inside the app, email support.

If the issue is a refund or App Store purchase problem, Apple may need to handle that part.

When in doubt, email support first and you can be pointed in the right direction.

Helpful details for STLa

  1. Confirm the STL opens in STLa.
  2. Export or keep the JSON report if one was created.
  3. Note the STLa version and your macOS version.
  4. Say what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  5. If helpful, include a screenshot or small sample file by email.
