Send a structured support request

Use this form to send support details directly from the website. A structured support email will be sent to [email protected], and for STLa you can optionally attach a JSON repair report.

The website sends your support request directly to Jintus Labs. The direct email address is still available below if you prefer to contact support manually.

Privacy note

Support stays separate from app behavior

Jintus Labs apps do not collect personal data. If you email support or use this support form, you choose what information to send, and that support information is used only to respond, troubleshoot, and improve the app.

Helpful details

Extra context that makes support easier

  1. For STLa, choose “Failed STL repair” if the repair did not complete.
  2. For STLa failed repairs, attach the JSON repair report through the form.
  3. STL uploads are not permitted through the web form. If an STL file would help troubleshoot a failed repair or improve STLa, click “Email support directly,” attach the STL file to your email, and send it that way.
  4. Any STL files sent for support will not be shared or distributed. Sending an STL file does not guarantee feedback, follow-up, or repair, but Jintus Labs will make a good-faith effort to review, repair, and return submitted STL files when practical.
  5. For Spanish Cards, include the lesson, stack, or search result involved.
  6. For Hangeul, include whether the issue was in consonants, vowels, a deck, or pronunciation audio.
  7. Say what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  8. If you need to send something outside the form, email support directly.
